Children learn to prepare Thai food at BangPop in South Wharf, making fresh spring rolls, sweet chilli dipping sauce, and chicken and pineapple fried rice using wok techniques. The hands-on class covers ingredient preparation, flavour-building, rolling, sauce-making, and wok cooking.
