Arts Centre Melbourne

Melbourne’s major performing-arts precinct, with theatre, music and dance across its Southbank venues and a dedicated Kids and Families program. Family programming spans different ages and changes through the year, so individual event guidance still matters. There is visual art to discover too: paintings, tapestries and sculptures are displayed through the public areas of Hamer Hall and the Theatres Building and in the surrounding gardens. Families can look for the different artworks as part of a precinct visit, separate from booking a performance.
