NGV International on St Kilda Road is Victoria’s major international art gallery, with free permanent collections, changing exhibitions and a substantial NGV Kids program of exhibitions, activities and family events. It is fully pram and wheelchair accessible and has a parents’ room with baby-change and feeding facilities.
