Newport Lakes Reserve

A free bushland and lake reserve in Newport with walking trails, picnic areas, parking and shade. Families can follow the self-guided nature trail around a former quarry transformed with native planting and look for birds around the lakes. The nature trail is about two kilometres long; choose paths suitable for your family and pram. Fishing is not permitted because the lakes are managed for native plants and wildlife.
