A Phillip Island coastal headland with boardwalks overlooking Bass Strait, seabird habitat and views towards Seal Rocks. The boardwalks and car park are open, but the Nobbies Centre, café and toilets are closed. Public toilets are available at the Penguin Parade Visitor Centre car park.
