Shelly Beach

A coastal beach on Phillip Island where families can explore rock pools, watch surfers and look for shorebirds such as oystercatchers and hooded plovers. Phillip Island Nature Parks also suggests looking for little-penguin tracks in the sand. Check tides, weather and local access signs before exploring, keep clear of protected wildlife, and do not assume the surf or rock pools are safe for swimming.
